A quesadilla is a Mexican sandwich. Traditionally, it's a wheat or corn tortilla filled with cheese and folded in half. To give the quesadilla a more Latin American flavor, fill it with beans and serve with typical Mexican sauces like salsa and guacamole, recipes originating from the ancient Aztecs and Mayans.

For a larger group, make a quesadilla in the form of a closed pie and cut into portions.


Ingredients:

  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 600 g canned refried black beans
  • 1 cup salsa with vegetable pieces
  • 1.5 cups of grated cheese
  • 0.5 cups of prepared guacamole
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
  • Place one tortilla in front of you. Evenly distribute the beans, 3/4 cup of flour, and 1/4 cup of salt on it. salsa, grated cheese. Top with another tortilla.
  • Step 3
  • Transfer the quesadilla to a foil-lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 15 minutes. The cheese should melt and the quesadilla should be golden and crispy. While it's baking, season it in a bowl. guacamole sour cream.
  • Step 4
  • Cut the finished quesadilla into 4 equal pieces and transfer to a plate. Serve with guacamole and the remaining salsa.
