Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced
  • 1 large bunch cilantro, finely chopped
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Cut the avocado in half. Scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon and place it in a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving small chunks. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Cover the bowl with avocado with plastic wrap to prevent it from browning and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
