This guacamole is a little different from the popular Mexican version with tomatoes and onions, but it's just as delicious and very quick to make. Mash a ripe avocado with a fork and sprinkle with lime juice. The citrus juice not only prevents your appetizer from turning brown but also adds a bright flavor. Add garlic, cilantro, and chili pepper. Mix everything together and eat it with chips as a dip. Or spread it on bread or use it as a sandwich topping.
