This simplified version of guacamole uses lemon juice instead of traditional lime juice for the dressing, and hot pepper sauce instead of jalapeño pepper. Just chop the avocado, red onion, tomato, and garlic, and this delicious and healthy appetizer is ready in minutes. Serve the guacamole with chips, top it off, and enjoy.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 ripe Hass avocados
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 8 drops of hot pepper sauce
- 0.5 cup red onion, finely diced (1 small onion)
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely diced
- Multigrain chips, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and scrape the flesh from the skin into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper and mix thoroughly.
