For a moderately spicy, piquant guacamole, use one whole jalapeño pepper for every two avocados. Keep in mind that chili pepper seeds add even more heat, so you can remove them to tone down the flavor.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
