Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 Haas avocado, peeled and pitted
- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the avocado flesh and lime juice in a large bowl and mix well. Once the avocado is completely coated with lime juice, drain the juice into another bowl. Add salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and mash with a potato masher.
- Then add the onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic. Pour in 1 tablespoon of the remaining lime juice. Let the sauce sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then serve.
