For example, leftover boiled or roasted turkey can be used as a filling for quesadillas, one of the most popular tortilla-based Mexican dishes, combined with cheddar cheese, cranberry sauce, and green beans. It's a very simple and filling snack.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp. cooked chopped green beans
  • 3 tbsp chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp. stuffing fillings
  • 1 teaspoon crushed jalapeño pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l. grated cheddar cheese

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Place 2 tortillas on a board. Spread one cranberry sauce and set aside. Sprinkle the second tortilla with cheese and top with the stuffing.

Add the green beans, turkey, and jalapeño pepper. Take the first tortilla and place it, buttered side down, on the second filled tortilla. Press gently but firmly to seal the quesadilla.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set it over medium heat. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, pressing down, until lightly browned on the bottom and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Transfer it to a cutting board, cut into quarters, and serve.
