The unique combination of smoked turkey, soft and creamy Brie cheese, and apricot jam gives this wheat tortilla-based dish a stunning flavor. The quesadilla can be grilled or pan-fried and served with a blend of aromatic fresh herbs.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 8 wheat tortillas
  • 140 g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 340 g smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. mixtures of fresh herbs (parsley, basil, tarragon, arugula, chives, mint, oregano)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat and brush grates with vegetable oil just before grilling.
  2. For quesadillas: Fill tortillas with filling and roll like a taco.

    For the herbal mixtureIn a bowl, mix the herbs with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Place the quesadillas on a hot, greased grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted, turning with a spatula. Serve hot, sprinkled with the herb mixture.

  3. Cooking on the stovetopPrepare the quesadillas as directed above. In a skillet large enough to fit the tortillas, heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry the quesadillas on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown; press and flip with a large spatula. Serve as directed above.
