Turkey and Fontina Cheese Panini - A Detailed Recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 200 g of cheese Fontina, cut into slices
  • 250 g of cooked turkey meat, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • Olive oil
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place on four slices white bread half of the cheese, then the turkey meat, pour over the cranberry sauce, put the arugula leaves and the remaining cheese, cover with bread on top.
  • Step 2
  • Heat a frying pan to medium heat. Brush the top of the panini with olive oil. Place the panini in the pan, oiled side down, and press down with a small saucepan filled with water. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove the pan, brush the other side of the panini with oil, and carefully flip it over, pressing down with a small saucepan filled with water, and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Transfer the panini to a serving platter and cover with foil. Continue cooking the remaining panini.

  • When serving, cut the panini diagonally.
