Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- To make the sandwich, butter the inside of each baguette, place them in a skillet over medium heat, and toast until golden brown and crisp. Once toasted, remove the baguettes from the pan and begin assembling the sandwich: 1 tablespoon of mustard, 4 oz (110 g) of pork, 2 slices of cucumber, 2-3 oz (55-85 g) of ham, and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- After adding all the ingredients, return the pan to medium heat and heat the oil. Place the sandwiches in batches and press them down with a heavy skillet. Grill until crispy on the outside, 1-2 minutes. Then flip and repeat the process on the other side. When the sandwiches are browned on both sides, remove them from the pan and repeat with the remaining sandwiches. Serve.
