These Italian hot sandwiches offer an unusual combination of flavors that will leave no one indifferent. Although the panini's flavor is complex, it's not at all overpowering and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Soft, creamy taleggio cheese pairs beautifully with the fruit and is enhanced by honey. Add a touch of juiciness and a hint of tartness to the sandwich with fresh arugula.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat a panini maker. Cut the ciabatta into 4 equal pieces. Cut each piece in half horizontally to make 4 sandwiches. Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil and place the bottom halves of the bread in a single layer in the maker. Toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Toast the remaining top slices of bread in the same manner.
- While the remaining ciabatta is toasting in the sandwich maker, begin assembling the sandwiches. Spread the cheese on the warm slices of bread. Arrange the fruit on top of the cheese. Drizzle the fruit with honey. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a handful of arugula.
- Top with the toasted top halves of the bread, place the sandwiches in the sandwich maker, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove the sandwiches from the maker, cut in half, and serve immediately.
