Lemonade with pear and celery

We love the combination of pear and celery. They make the perfect lemonade, rich in vitamin C. Drink the juice as soon as possible after making it to reap the maximum benefits. Adding chia seeds can replenish the fiber lost during the juicing process.


Ingredients:

  • 2 pears, peeled and core removed
  • 2-3 large, juicy lemons, peel and white pith removed
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Ice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Use a juicer to make juice from celery, lemons and pearsAdd chia seeds and let steep for 5 minutes. Add ice and serve immediately.
