Ingredients:

  • 2 small sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Salt
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar or any other natural sweetener
  • Lemon slices, rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour 6 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the rosemary sprigs and a pinch of salt. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Then strain the infusion into a pitcher and cool to room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • Add lemon juice, agave nectar, and 2 cups of cold water to a pitcher and stir. You can add more lemon juice and agave nectar if desired. Serve the lemonade over ice, with rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges.
