Raspberry lemonade recipe. This drink is made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and raspberries. Served over ice.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 15 lemons)
  • 1.5 cups of sugar
  • 150 g frozen raspberries
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher. Make a syrup from sugar and 1.5 cups of water, stirring thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Add the sugar syrup to the lemon juice. Pour 4 cups of water on top. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough, then add the raspberries. (Remember, raspberries are tart, so the lemonade needs to be sweet enough.) Stir the lemonade and chill in the refrigerator.

    Place ice cubes in glass glasses, then fill them with lemonade.
