This sweet and tart, aromatic raspberry jam can be enriched with chia seeds, which adds a delightful crunch and beneficial micronutrients. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine 4 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing the berries, until the jam thickens, about 20 minutes.
