A delicious, grilled panini sandwich is a perfect addition to your picnic. The filling is a perfect combination of banana and chocolate. Use ripe or even overripe bananas for easy mashing. Brush the banana-and-chocolate-filled paninis with butter for a deliciously crispy crust and grill them. If you're making the sandwiches at home, toast them in a panini maker.
