Delicious and quick chocolate donuts made with just three ingredients—it's possible! Your secret ingredient is Nutella. Mix it with eggs and flour for the dough, and don't forget to reserve some for the chocolate glaze. Another bonus: these donuts are baked in the oven, not deep-fried.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup Nutella and 3 eggs until smooth. Stir in the flour until smooth. Turn the dough out onto a generously floured surface and roll it out into a 6x8-inch rectangle. Using a 3-inch round cutter, cut out 6 doughnuts from the dough, gathering any scraps and re-rolling as needed. Using a 1-inch cutter, cut a hole in the center of each circle, then place the doughnuts and cut-out pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Whisk the remaining egg in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the surface of the dough with the egg mixture.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 15 minutes. Microwave the remaining 1/4 cup Nutella spread until just runny, about 30 seconds. Dip the donut tops and cut-out pieces in Nutella. Place coated-side up on a wire rack and let cool, about 15 minutes.
