This American soft drink is also known as egg cream. It's made with milk, soda water, and usually chocolate syrup. But if you substitute Nutella, a chocolate-hazelnut spread, for an even richer and more delicious flavor, the cocktail is shaken just before serving to create a delicious foam topping.
