Enjoy this delicious adult milkshake, where chocolate ice cream is perfectly complemented by coffee liqueur, dark rum, and dark chocolate chips. Seltzer water adds a touch of bubbly and summery lightness.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 180 ml coffee liqueur (recommended: Kahlua)
  • 180 ml dark rum
  • 6 tbsp dry malted milk + a little for sprinkling
  • 6 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 350 g dark chocolate, shaved
  • 350 ml seltzer water
  • 3 tbsp. crushed coffee beans

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a blender, combine coffee liqueur, dark rum, malted milk, ice cream, and chocolate chips. Blend until foamy.
  2. Pour into 6 glasses, top with 60 ml of seltzer water, garnish with coffee beans and a splash of malted milk. Serve immediately.
