This dessert may look like a chocolate-and-cream calorie bomb, but when you get down to it, it's packed with nutrition. Almond butter, natural cocoa powder, dark chocolate, nuts, and granola bars make this milkshake delicious, nutritious, and very impressive to serve.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups coconut ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp almond paste
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate, melted
  • Coconut flakes, for decorating the glass
  • 1 can of whipped cream
  • Muesli bars, for serving
  • Chopped chocolate-coated almonds, for sprinkling

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, almond paste and cocoa and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the melted chocolate in a bowl. Take a glass and dip its rim in the chocolate. Then dip it in the coconut flakes to ensure it sticks. Decorate the other glasses in the same way.

  3. Carefully pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with whipped cream. Place a granola bar into the whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate-covered almonds and serve.
