If you're making a milkshake with fresh strawberries, chop the berries and let them sit, sprinkled with sugar and drizzled with vanilla extract, for about an hour. During this time, the strawberries will release their juices, which will give the milkshake a richer flavor. Then, blend the strawberries with vanilla ice cream and milk, and the strawberry milkshake is ready. Serve immediately, garnishing the glass with the berries, and enjoy the wonderful summer flavor and aroma.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 220g fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced ​​+ whole berries for serving
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 cups of milk

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
