Enjoy the stunning combination of cream, caramel, and dark Guinness in this adult milkshake. Serve in beer glasses with a straw, garnish with whipped cream, and top with malted milk powder.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups caramel ice cream
  • 0.33 l stout
  • 2 tbsp. l. malted milk powder

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Refrigerate.
  2. Place the ice cream in a blender, add the stout, and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour the milkshake into 4 chilled beer glasses, filling them just over halfway. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of malted milk powder.
