The base of this cocktail is unsweetened condensed milk. Some of it is used directly in the drink, while the rest is whipped for the topping in place of heavy cream. Blend the milk with chocolate sorbet, bananas, vanilla, and a spoonful of honey in a blender, garnish with whipped cream, and serve. The cocktail is delicious, summery refreshing, and healthy. The banana pairs beautifully with the chocolate sorbet, infusing the drink with a natural sweetness that's even more intense if you use overripe bananas.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Pour 1/4 cup condensed milk into a bowl, cover, and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Remove the bowl from the freezer and beat with a hand mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes until soft peaks form. Then add the vanilla and honey and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Whisk the remaining condensed milk, bananas, and sorbet in a blender and pour into a tall glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
