This light, sparkling Prosecco cocktail with a refreshing citrus flavor looks elegant and is perfect for special occasions. Place a scoop of lemon sorbet in tall champagne flutes and top with a mixture of vodka and sparkling wine. An interesting alternative to traditional Champagne that your guests will appreciate.
