Prosecco and Prosecco-based cocktails are a delicious and refreshing aperitif for any occasion. In this drink, the tartness of sparkling wine is balanced by the sweetness of pear, and a splash of vodka and lemon juice adds an even richer flavor. Serve the cocktail in a champagne flute, garnished with a thin slice of pear and a twist of lemon zest.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 60 ml pear nectar without preservatives
  • 30 ml of vodka
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 90 ml chilled Prosecco
  • Pear slice and lemon zest, for garnish
