This sparkling wine cocktail with raspberry, mint, and orange flavors looks charming, goes down easy, and is perfect for Sunday brunch, a bachelorette party, or any other special occasion. You can prepare the raspberry-mint puree for this drink in advance. Mix it in glasses with orange vodka and sparkling white wine, and garnish each cocktail with fresh raspberries.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Raspberry puree

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup mint
  • 0.5 cups of sugar

Cocktail

  • 15 gr. raspberry puree
  • 15 ml of orange vodka
  • White sparkling wine
  • Raspberries for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a food processor, combine 1 cup raspberries with 0.5 cups each of mint and sugar. Let steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain through a fine sieve. For each drink, combine 15 grams of raspberry puree with 15 ml of orange vodka in a glass; top with white sparkling wine and garnish with raspberries.
