A combination of refreshing lime and orange juice forms the basis of this bright, sunny drink, which can be made in just a few seconds in a cocktail shaker.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1/2 orange, cut into 3 wedges
- 1/2 lime, cut into 3 wedges
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1-2 sprigs of mint
- 70 g of white rum
- 1 cup crushed ice

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place orange and lime wedges and mint leaves in a large rocks glass. Mash the fruit and leaves with a pestle or wooden spoon to release the juice and aroma.
Add rum and ice. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients. (The drink is ready once the shaker begins to fog up.) Serve.
