Pineapple Mojito - detailed recipe.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Divide the mint, sugar, and lime wedges among 4 Old Fashioned glasses. Using a mortar and pestle set or the back of a wooden spoon, crush the mint, sugar, and lime wedges.
Add some ice, pour in pineapple juice, white rum, and sparkling water. Stir with a sugarcane swirl and serve.
