Cocktail coolers (from English. cool) are perfectly refreshing on a hot day. Mix tequila with freshly squeezed lime, pineapple, and cucumber juices, sweeten with agave, and serve.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 limes, peeled
  • 1 seedless cucumber, peeled and cucumber slices for garnish
  • 150 ml silver tequila
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tbsp. l. agave nectar
  • A pinch of salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare a juicer (or blender). Juice the pineapple, limes, and cucumber. Blend the juices. Pour the tequila into a shaker or pitcher, add all the juice, ice, agave, and salt. Shake or stir vigorously to chill the cocktail.
  2. Line up four tall glasses filled with ice and pour the cocktail into them. Serve with a straw and a cucumber slice on the rim.
