This is a variation on the classic Negroni cocktail, but tequila replaces gin and grapefruit zest replaces orange. The other ingredients are the same: sweet vermouth and Campari, so Negroni lovers will be delighted with the new flavor notes.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml silver tequila
  • 120 ml sweet vermouth "Cinzano"
  • 120 ml Campari
  • Grapefruit zest for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Combine tequila, vermouth and Campari in a small pitcher.
  • Step 2
  • Divide the cocktail among whiskey glasses and add a thin strip of grapefruit zest to each. Fill the glasses with ice and serve.
