The Negroni alcoholic cocktail will be the start of any celebration and will lift your spirits.

Beetroot juice pairs perfectly with vermouth, the base of the Negroni cocktail. If you prefer bitter flavors, you'll love this drink.


Ingredients:


Cocktail
  • 110 g beetroot-carrot-apple juice, recipe follows
  • 60 grams of gin
  • 30 grams of Campari
  • Apple slices, for decoration

Beetroot and carrot juice
  • 2 medium beets, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine the juice, gin, and Campari in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
  • Step 2
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slices.

    Freshly squeezed beetroot and carrot juice:

    Juice the beetroot, apple, and carrot according to your juicer's instructions. Serve immediately with ice, if desired.
