Cocktails made with fresh fruit have a particularly enchanting summer flavor, like this refreshing peach tequila drink. Lime juice adds depth, and a touch of simple syrup adds sweetness. To make simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup turns clear. Use the syrup when it's completely cool.
