This Venetian cocktail with fresh peach, peach schnapps, and champagne is considered one of the most popular in Italy. It's easiest to make at home in a blender. Serve in champagne flutes, garnished with a peach slice or cherry.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 large peach, halved (pit removed)
  • 30 ml. peach schnapps
  • 120–180 ml chilled champagne

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the peach and peach schnapps in the container of a Vitamix blender and close the lid.
  2. Select mode 1. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed to 10. Blend for 30 seconds.

  3. Blend until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses and top with chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
