This Venetian cocktail with fresh peach, peach schnapps, and champagne is considered one of the most popular in Italy. It's easiest to make at home in a blender. Serve in champagne flutes, garnished with a peach slice or cherry.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the peach and peach schnapps in the container of a Vitamix blender and close the lid.
- Select mode 1. Turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed to 10. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Blend until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses and top with chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
