The flavor of this summer cocktail is as bright and tropical as its name suggests. The drink boasts citrus notes of orange liqueur, sweet coconut, refreshing pineapple, crisp lime, and spicy dark rum, all set against a backdrop of sweet mango nectar. Freeze the nectar in an ice cube tray before blending it with the remaining ingredients, and the drink will have a slightly snowy, frosty texture. Just the thing for the summer heat!
