Freshly squeezed pineapple, mango, and lime juice is a true tropical delight, its flavor evoking the feeling of a tropical vacation. One mango contains almost half the daily requirement of vitamin C—a great energy boost! Add chia seeds to the freshly squeezed juice to enrich it with essential dietary fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids. Drink the juice immediately and enjoy its refreshing taste and health benefits.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 firm mango, peeled and pitted (about 2 cups pieces)
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 large juicy limes, peeled and white pith removed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
