If you love a sophisticated peach Bellini, you'll love this strawberry version with sparkling rosé. It's made with natural strawberry puree, which can be whipped up ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. It's easy to drink and perfect for Sunday brunches, bachelorette parties, and warm summer evenings.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 450 g frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Chilled sparkling rose wine, to serve

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare simple sugar syrup:

    Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a container and let cool completely in the refrigerator, about 45 minutes.
  2. Place the strawberries and lemon juice in a blender along with the cold sugar syrup; blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. To serve, pour about 2 tablespoons of strawberry puree into a champagne glass and top with chilled rosé wine.
