A late breakfast on a lounge chair is accompanied by this long drink. This popular Italian cocktail, which is an official member of the International Bartenders Association and named after the painter Giacomo Bellini, is easy to make at home. Sparkling wine and peaches are a perfect combination that needs no introduction. This delicious, refreshing cocktail is perfect for a hot summer day. However, it can also be made with canned peaches, with equally satisfying results.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 bottle of chilled Prosecco sparkling wine

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a sieve and discard any remaining solids.
- Place 2 tablespoons of peach puree into champagne flutes and top with chilled Prosecco. Serve immediately.
