Titian Cocktail

How to Make the Titian Cocktail
Kitchen:Italian,
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 6

The Titian is an Italian cocktail made with Prosecco sparkling wine and grape juice. Like other similar cocktails, such as the peach Bellini or orange Mimosa, this drink has a light, fruity flavor, is served in an elegant champagne flute, and is perfect for formal events or Sunday brunches. It's believed that the cocktail got its name from its color, which is reminiscent of the palette of many Titian paintings. Giada de Laurentiis suggests adding a mint leaf and a lemon wedge to each serving for an even more refreshing taste.
