Ingredients:

  • 30 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml light rum
  • 7 ml of orjit almond syrup
  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 7 ml. Triple sec liqueur
  • Pineapple pieces and cocktail cherry, for decoration
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Fill a shaker with ice, add dark and light rum, orgeat syrup, orange and pineapple juice. Shake the shaker and pour the cocktail into a glass. Top with triple sec liqueur using the back of a spoon. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
