Ingredients:

  • 15 ml of Lillet Blanc aperitif
  • 30 ml of coffee liqueur "Creme de Cacao"
  • 15 ml of Barbancourt rum
  • 10 ml of Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • Cocoa powder, for decoration
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Fill a shaker with ice, add the aperitif, coffee liqueur, rum, orange liqueur, and cream. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
