Neapolitan cocktail - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 30 ml strawberry liqueur
  • 15 ml. Godiva white chocolate liqueur
  • 15 ml of coffee liqueur "Creme de Cacao"
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Pour strawberry liqueur into a glass. Shake the bottle of chocolate liqueur, then dip a tablespoon upside down into the glass and carefully pour in the chocolate liqueur.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice, add coffee liqueur, cream, and chocolate syrup. Shake thoroughly until foamy. Then carefully pour the mixture into a glass, straining it through a sieve over the back of a spoon without disturbing the layers.
