Peach Picker Cocktail - detailed recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 2 coarsely sliced limes and lime wedges for garnish
- 0.5 cup fine granulated sugar
- 1 ripe peach, cut into large pieces, plus peach slices for garnish
- 0.5 cup fresh mint
- 450 ml light rum
- Seltzer water as a filler

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large pitcher, combine the lime wedges and sugar. Using a pestle or a large wooden spoon, mash the limes to release the juice.
Add the peach pieces and mint and gently stir to lightly crush the mint and separate the peach pieces; stir in the rum. (The mixture can be refrigerated for up to 6 hours.) - Just before serving, pour the mixture from the pitcher into glasses filled with ice and top with seltzer water. Garnish with peach slices.
In another version apricot cocktail sweeter in taste.
