Frozen fruit smoothie can be served instead of sorbet and ice cream, enjoying its refreshing tropical flavor on a hot summer day. Unlike other similar frozen desserts, this smoothie is incredibly easy to make: canned and fresh fruit are cut into pieces, blended, placed in plastic cups, and frozen. Feel free to experiment with flavors and add other fruits. Serve slightly defrosted for easy spooning.

- 6 medium firm bananas, cut into pieces
- 1 small can frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
