Frozen Bellini cocktail recipe – fruit ice for adults.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar, for garnishing the glass
  • 500 ml. peach sorbet
  • 2 glasses of Triple Sec orange liqueur, Grand Marnier, Cointreau
  • Chilled champagne or sparkling wine, enough to fill blender, 1/3 bottle
  • Raspberries and 4 sprigs of mint, optional garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour water into a shallow bowl and place 1/4 cup sugar in a saucer. Dip 4 cocktail glasses in the water, then dip the rims of the glasses in the sugar.
  • Step 2
  • Place 4 scoops of peach sorbet in a blender. Add 2 shots of orange liqueur. Fill the blender with champagne to the max line or 3 cm from the top. Close the lid tightly. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses, being careful not to damage the decorated rims. Garnish the cocktails with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint and serve.
