This light cocktail made with champagne, cognac, and bitters will offer a new taste experience. It's best to use a cane sugar cube for its subtle caramel flavor. A twist of lemon peel is essential. It not only garnishes the cocktail but also helps remove the champagne foam and adds a citrusy note.
