- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 240 gr. pomegranate juice
- 90 g of Saint-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 bottle of champagne, chilled
- 6 sprigs of mint
Place 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 6 champagne flutes. Fill halfway with liqueur and pomegranate juice and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with mint leaves.
