A step-by-step recipe for a cocktail made with champagne, vanilla vodka, and lemon juice.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Cocktail

  • 350 g (1.5 cups) frozen lemon concentrate or lemon juice, thawed
  • 1.5 cups vanilla or plain vodka
  • One 750ml bottle of pink champagne, chilled
  • Sprigs of fresh mint

Vanilla vodka

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of vodka
  • 3 vanilla pods

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine the lemon juice and vodka in a pitcher. Stir slowly with the champagne. Pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
  2. Vanilla vodka:

    Place 3 vanilla beans in a 750 ml bottle of vodka. Place the bottle in a cool, dark place for at least 10 days to allow the vodka to absorb the vanilla flavor. Open the bottle periodically during the infusion.
