A light, refreshing Caribbean-style cocktail that blends the flavors and aromas of exotic fruits and Jamaican rum. It's made with equal parts white rum and passion fruit liqueur, a splash of Angostura for a vibrant color and citrusy, spicy notes, and topped with Spanish Cava (Champagne or other sparkling wine can be used). Garnish with a lime wedge before serving.
