You'll need just two ingredients to make these delicious sparkling cocktails. Canned pears are a great substitute for the peach puree used in a traditional Bellini. Simply blend them and add the puree to a glass of sparkling wine.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (425 g) of pear halves in syrup or juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling rose wine or champagne, chilled
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Drain the pears into a separate container. Add the pears to a blender along with 2 tablespoons of the liquid from the jar. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Divide the pear puree among 6 champagne flutes. Top up with sparkling wine and stir gently. Serve immediately.
