Ingredients for the recipe:
For the cocktail:
- 100 ml. pear nectar
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 40 ml of rum
- 1-2 Hall's lollipops
- A pinch of salt

- 6 slices smoked bacon
- 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Prepare glazed bacon: Preheat oven to 350°F (160°C). Place a grill rack on a baking sheet. Toss the bacon with sugar and place on the rack. Bake the bacon in the oven until crispy, about 30 minutes. Cool.
- Prepare a cocktail: Fill a shaker halfway with ice, pour in rum, pear nectar, lemon juice, Hall's candies, and a pinch of salt. Shake well and strain into a short glass. Garnish with a slice of glazed bacon.
